Ok, so you’ve made a good start with running but you want to achieve a challenging goal? I can help you get you there with one to one bespoke coaching to get you to your 5k/10k/half marathon/marathon injury free, ensure you enjoy it and feel strong whilst doing it. Happy days :)

How does it work?

  • We start with a cheap first date online or face to face to get to know each other! Tell me about you, what’s worked and the challenges

  • If there’s a spark (!) then let’s break down the goal(s) into manageable chunks and plan a future together ;)

  • We’ll use an easy to use app Training Peaks to plan and record training sessions and allow for communication and feedback

  • You’ll get access to face to face running sessions

  • Regular check-ins to enure we are on target

If it all works out maybe I’ll get to meet your family (at a race!)

What does it cost?

Depends on the amount of input you require so let’s talk. Prices range from £55-£70 per month

What do i get?

I want to ‘compete’ and improve my pbs

Ok, so you’re running well and competitively? You want break a barrier or a pb for 5k/10k/half marathon/marathon? I will help you get there with bespoke coaching.

It will involve fine tuning training to ensure appropriate progression/challenge, a focus on technical and tactical aspects of the sport, and ensuring your body is robust and fuelled correctly to cope with the demands of training without breaking down.

You won’t get there without doing the right sort of racing. To run fast(er) you need to have a regular appropriate race schedule throughout the year which i will support you to create.

How does it work?

  • Where required we will look at your strength, pre-habilitation and nutritional requirements and create a bespoke plan to reduce injury risk and enhance performance

  • We’ll use Training Peaks to plan, record and analyse training sessions and allow for ongoing communication and feedback

  • One to one sessions (face to face & online) for specific coaching

  • Access to professionally coached group run session

  • Continuous review and adjustment of the plan to reach the goals

I want quality coaching for my group/club

Ok, so you’re a group of athletes or a club and you’d like some quality coaching? I deliver bespoke endurance based running sessions that focus on the specific fitness and/or technical aspects of the sport to imrpove your athletes at 5k up to the marathon.

I love to work with groups over a period of time to make impact. However, talk to me about your needs and let’s make it happen regardless.

What does it cost?

Depends on what you are looking for so let’s talk. Prices start from £50 per hour for a group of up to 20 people.
