Not everyone needs or wants full coaching, but that doesn't mean you should settle for a generic training plan.

My personalised training plans are designed for people who want expert guidance, structure and accountability while maintaining the flexibility to train independently. They are also a great way to experience my coaching philosophy and approach.

Regardless of your sport or goal, every plan begins with a consultation call, allowing me to understand your goals, training history, current fitness, lifestyle commitments and any previous injuries or limitations. Using this information, I create a personalised 12-week programme tailored specifically to your needs and objectives and delivered through The TrainingPeaks App.

Each plan includes clear guidance on training intensity using pace, heart rate or power where appropriate, helping you train effectively and with confidence. You'll also receive practical advice on how to adapt your training when life inevitably gets in the way, whether that's a missed session, illness, travel or unexpected commitments.

The 12-week format provides enough time to prepare for a target event, achieve a specific milestone or make meaningful progress towards your goals. At the end of the programme, you can choose the next step that works best for you. Many athletes continue their progression with a follow-on plan and further consultation, some move into full coaching for additional support and accountability, while others simply enjoy reaching their goal and training independently.
